Necromancer Spell Resistance Bonus does not work

Hello. I tested the class on the test server. First, look at the screen of this summoned vampire.

Then I can say you that we tested 3 times with WoF scrolls, and it did not worked. No resistance at all, while WoF can be spell resisted.

The GSF Necro x 2 stat block increases are also not working on Necromancer Spec Wizard in the PGCC

(editted, I am seeing AB bonuses applied in the combat log, but not in the character sheet, so it may be working as intended for at least that one stat.)
