Crafting points not regenerating when off-line

Description of Bug Experienced:
(please include information of what you did, that lead up to the bug, what you expected to happen there, and what actually happened, then move on to describe below:)
After spending all my crafting points, I logged off for at least three hours. When I logged back in, I had only 1 CP.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:

• Be Dawn Pebbles with crafting gift, artisan secret, SF/ESF: Craft mastery (33 ranks), Forge and Knowledge domain
• Spend all CPs cutting gems
• Log off
• Wait 3+ hours
• Log back in

Expected Result:
Have 100+ CP

Actual Result:
Have 1 CP

Additional Information/Notes
I have experienced it before, but was a bit unsure how many I had when I logged off, so kept note this time. If I am online, the CP regenerate as expected (around 5 each tick)

It is not consistent - I've logged in just now and regained 77 CPs. No idea what is triggering it.

I have been doing testing, and I have a theory: If you use all your crafting points and server transition and use all your crafting points again (for some reason you always get one CP back when transitioning).

If you then later log in - and server transition - your CP-total will be set to the total you had on that server last you transitioned away from it (ie 0) - and then you get that 1 CP.

Whether there has to be a server reset in between for the bug to happen, I am less sure of.

You should not be getting all craft points back on transitioning servers, and if those are being used that should be considered an obvious exploit given you are clearly meant to have an amount per time period.

Probably needs the db updated or the frequency of updates to the receiving server cache made to include the join events.

Erh.. You only get 1 CP back on server transition, not the full amount. And it has always been less points when the bug occurs.

Okay - Just after a reset, I logged in on Surface - checked that I have 133 CP (as expected) - went to the Grotto on the UD server - checked that I now have 47 CP.

Without having used any at all. (And it has been at least a day since I last logged in on that character).
