So for some reason newly made clerics are no longer getting any weapon profs, even simple ones so they can't use a weapon at all without getting the big negative AB penalty for using a weapon.

It seems the proficiencies are now gained at level 3, when they select their specialization.
Do note if any of them is somehow missing.
