Tested on PGCC a month ago and today on live on my Commoner (and Kroatius tested their Shaman, didn't work for them either) - Zen Archery don't help Gonne, despite:

Zen Archery: Works on all RANGED touch spells and abilities. Caster uses the higher of their DEX or WIS mode.

Found the culprit, submitting a fix. Might take a while for it to hit live though.
