So, you can take amb/two weapon fighting/improved two weapon fighting instead of a favored enemy which is nice for those that take the archer path. But while the first two work, improved lets you take the feat but doesn't register you having it. So, you can actually keep taking the feat every five levels while never getting it.

This is done and will be available next big update.
However, due to some hardcoded restrictions, Improved Two Weapon Fighting had to be removed from the shaman feat synergy track.
