Hello!
I would like to open the discussion on having the dockmaster in Crow's Nest to be able to sell to Dread Pirates as Crow's Nest is not a settlement port, and there is a lot of shady NPC's in the port. Thinking in a balance way it gives pirates another port to sell to as Sencliff is on the North East and if you sail to the south west corner you have to sail all the way back to Sencliff.
In tandem with this thought, perhaps making the disguise system work in that regard to be able to bluff your way into selling cargo off in any port?
