Description:
Ioun Stones say they are usable with 15 UMD both on the wiki and when you examine them, but they actually take 20.
Steps to reproduce:
Attempt to use White Ioun Stone with 15 UMD.
Expected result:
Ioun Stone activation.
Actual result:
Combat log message reading "You cannot use that item". Stone becomes usable only after 20 UMD is achieved.

After testing, I found that 20 UMD was required to make use of the stone.
