Additional -dispel Options

To piggy back on Paint's point in viewtopic.php?f=96&t=46490&p=344168&hil ... el#p344168

Some great additions would be:
fls = Flame Shield
frs = Frost Shield
blu = Blur
has = Haste

-dispel ele is also defunct since it got split into Flame and Frost Shield. It doesn't do anything anymore.
