Everyone and their mother seems to be able to scry per class statistics. I suggest nerfing it even further or introducing an item to cast improved invisibility, like the invisibility ring, but non-wearable for the mundane classes. This would at least give them a chance for longer protection. It can be put into the pirate chests if necessary. Reapplying wands or reading scrolls every seven minutes is not practical for the purpose of any conversation.

Re: Scrying and Improved Invisibility
Denied.
It has been considerably adjusted as of recently.
Items for invisibility and improved variants do exist already, the value of costs being involved is encouraging use of scry proof locations or finding people capable of warding.
Scry proof locations give room for someone to listen in still and warding capable individuals introduces a roleplay aspect to source someone that can or another cost feeding back into the scry proof locations.
Further nerfing something based on the metrics of how popular a class is, is generally a misguided idea, only Shaman and Divination Specialist Wizard indicates such an access and neither were outlandish last I saw.
