Found a smashed flag I myself have made. However, it shows 0 skill when I try to open it up and see what I need to fix it, despite me having one (although that one is racial point being a human, so wondering if that's the issue).

Had another player try it who's a master tailor (50ish skill) - shared a screenshot that it was 0 skill for him too to try to repair it. Leaving the remains as is for now for reproduction.
