Sorry if this is posted somewhere, but I am curious about this specific circumstance. I know the rules are one quarter can be owned by a single account. This makes sense, so it leaves quarters open to everyones mains. But what if you play an alt, and your character happens to get recruited into a house that has an estate, with rentable rooms inside the estate, which is owned by another player (The estate that is) and they offer your character one of the rooms to rent. Are you allowed to rent it or am I supposed to come up with a reason to turn down the room offered (which is kind of awkward to do). Just not sure if since the estate is owned by the player head of the faction, and the rooms inside are technically overseen by the owner of the estate...if this is a grey area with some wiggle room.

Thanks!
Those rooms are still the same system and held to the same rules. Guildhouse or not.
