Brawler Feat Dissapearing Bug?

Description of Bug Experienced:
Logged in to character (Name: Phidove Cedarhold), buffed for dungeon, and noticed less APR than usual from Brawler unarmed character. Pugilist feat remains somehow, though.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Have a character with Brawler and Pugilist (Lvl 30 reached).

Expected Result:
Brawler + Pugilist = +2 Unarmed APR and 1.5x unarmed Strength modifier damage.

Actual Result:
No extra APR (Suddenly, has worked fine for well over a year), Brawler feat missing from character page. Pugilist feat still listed and functional (1.5x unarmed str modifier damage, cloth-armor).

Additional Information/Notes
Tried portalling to different server, re-equipped all equipment including gloves, relogged and restarted NWN before and afterwards to no effect. Rested, applied various buffs to possibly trigger pugilist/brawler APR increase message in log. Genuinely stumped as to what caused this feat to spontaneously dissapear, and why Pugilist still remains despite requiring Brawler as prerequisite feat.

This is probably my fault. Some code that was intended to only affect the PGCC slip into the main server.
It'll be working as before when the testing ends.
