4th level necromancy spells

1) I think having crimson lightning as necromancy spell (Or as both evo/necro if that is possible) would be great, as an option for necro damage spells, rather than the usual save or sucks at lower levels. (Yes, withering ray exists, but more options would be great.)
2) finger of agony is rather weak. It has terrible DC (Fort on a 4th level spell), Subpar damage (3d6, 4d6, 5d6 negative damage) which can be saved for half(results in godawful damage even without defensive essence), and negates the debuff. It would be nice, if this spell could be buffed.
3)Contagion should be selectable, and able to be casted on fixtures (wells and such), and food/drink items. I think this could make for great RP opportunities.
