Kaeth and Liquor Kegs in the Boreal Keep (Halls of Knowledge) - Not Working

Description

The Boreal Keep (Halls of Knowledge) have two fixtures namely: Alcohol (Wizard-Grade) and Kaeth (Wizard-Grade) which supposedly provides liquor and coffee (and corresponding effects).

However, upon clicking the fixtures, no effects occur.

Steps to reproduce

Click the fixtures.

Expected result

Decrease in rest, increase in inebriation for alcohol. Increase in rest for coffee.

Actual result

No effect.

The alcohol keg is a container with 30 bottles which only respawn with a reset. The kaeth keg does nothing because its spigot is broken, as written in the keg's description.
