Add animal stream for high lvl summon monster

I think it'd be nice for druids and other animal focused characters if they could attune to an animal stream, and continue conjuring beasts using summon monster 7+

I am unsure if beasts of appropriate CR truly exist, but if they do not, they could be animal outsiders, perhaps.
