Give every epic spell (except EMA which is already infinite) a cooldown of 10 minutes instead of a 1/rest activation. PVP rarely lasts for longer than 10 minutes and if it does, chances are you have already run out of most of your useable spells, so another hellball or greater ruin wouldn't be a big concern. At the same time, these offensive epic spells are incredibly underwhelming in PVE, where they will not even handle a single group of mobs. For summons this would similarly be no issue in PVP due to fights being short and summons being handled by WoF, while a massive increase in QoL in PVE where your summons can get turned or sometimes even WoFed away, making your average pure caster utterly useless.
