Let Pugilist regard elven chain as light armor

Also, to my point, why don't we simiply tranfer the elven chain to a real light armor, for example, move it to hide armor? All we need to do is adding corresponding skill adjustment together with 1 extra ac, and no more add interaction with elven chain.
There might be some armor model conflicts needed to be settled, but it would be neat if we make elven chain a real light armor, as intended in rule books.

Already counts for pugilist under the functions that check armour types.
If it is not, please make a bug report.

Denied on the move it from chain to light.
It is not a simple thing to do and would change the armour itself.
4 ac would become 1, 2 or 3 ac base but also allow for larger dexterity modifiers or make it fundamentally a different armour.
