Remove spellslots from Magic Staves

At least for Wizards, this would be a huge QOL if the bonus spell slots from Magic Staves could be moved to a new item that doesn't typically get unequipped on a regular basis. The problem I run into is every time I want to play darts, or even just swap staves for a different sequencer, it removes a large amount of spells across multiple levels. I don't have my spelllist memorized. I can't repopulate the spellbook to what it was without loading a spellbook, which resets all my spells, forcing a rest.

Sequencers are once every 10 minutes, and once a rest for each item. I don't think there's a need for more tradeoff than that. Not bungling your spells shouldn't be needed as a counterbalance.
