Domain powers cooldown not restoring the power.

Used the domain. Got the cooldown down-count.

Did not restore.

Did this about three more times. Had to rest each time.

Providing this so there is awareness.

Have you tried using -cd?

I sometimes run into issues like this and hitting that command helps in most cases.

Expected:
Domain power refreshes after the cooldown.

What happens:
Healing domain power does not refresh once the cooldown runs out.
The combat log notes do not display any power/spell title, merely a blank space:

Once the timer runs out, the combat log notification announces the 'blank' power being available.
The feat use does not refresh.

Upon using the -cd command to display current cooldowns, the power/spell title is blank as well:
