Evangelist doesnt get Perform as a class skill, which is incredibly odd but to my understanding it's just game limitations. Evangelist would need to be an independant class to have it's own skillset.
I suggest we soften the inconvencience, making it less punishing for Evangelist to dip 3 bard lvls early on, by giving Evangelist CL vs Dispel from 1:4 bard lvls. Dipping bard early is also costly because it delays summoning progression, and it's not a freebe braindead obvious go-to but just an option. Seems very harmless, yet good QoL improvement. 26/4 would have the same dispel resist as 27/3.
