Description
The in-game time, the one that you get when using a -date command, is not only inconsistent with in-game date/time displayed on Astrolabe's portal tab, but also seems to progress wrongly
Steps to reproduce
Literally just play the game and observe the date/time by using -date
Expected result
At midnight mark, the day moves one step forward (25-26, etc.)
Actual result
It's, i've no real idea what's going on.
It seems like the day progresses not at 00:00, but rather at 12:00?
It's really odd. And hard to catch.

First screenshot shows 23:30, day 25. the 2nd screenshot shows 00:00, day 25. Those were the times i used -date. There was too much between them in combat log to show both of them in one go. And since server ticks don't show day, just hour, i needed to include that)
Misc Notes
It may seem insignificant at first, but the problem is, lycanthropy uses that not-correctly-working in-game time for it's mechanics.
Normally, as seen on those screenshots, i should get a full moon check on that character. But, i didn't.
