Hello!
Would it be possible for the Team to create an item that would grand someone ability to toggle VFX effect like Ghostly Visage without effects of the spell?
I think it would be nice addition for the Team to use in events and for players.
Items allowing for toggle of VFX spell effects/buffs without stat bonuses
