Small and mostly flavourful expansions to Guldorand

Hello,

I am Eshima's player, the high sheriff of Guldorand.

Considering the current RP environment of Guldorand with citizen NPC's wanting jobs, houses and feeling ignored over adventurers as well as The Founder's Council giving approval on building projects (to create jobs and draw in trade), my character proposed the following expansions in Guldorand:

(as implementation goes I think they can be done with little effort, There are empty spaces outside buildings with doors that can't be interacted with around Guldo.
The tenement for poor citizens could just be a designated building, like a sign or something outside a door.
The gonne manufactory, perhaps a medium room with some blacksmiths and some furnaces. Preferably a merchant that sells overprices gonnes and amunition, or perhaps just overpriced amunition.
The "farm area" can just tied in with my previous request of cows and a designated spot where the bug jar can be used to get eggs so that cooks on the Guldorand server do not need to travel far away to say Cordor Farmlands)

1. Construction of a Tenement Building for Housing
With the increasing population of Guldorand, the need for affordable and adequate housing has become a pressing issue. We propose the construction of a multi-story tenement building within the city limits to provide housing for the working-class families who are vital to the city’s prosperity. This project will:

Provide shelter to those in need of affordable living accommodations.
Create immediate jobs for masons, carpenters, and other trades during its construction.
Offer a long-term solution to urban housing challenges while ensuring the stability of our citizenry.

2. Expansion of Farmland and Husbandry Zones
To ensure a sustainable food supply for Guldorand’s growing population and to bolster the city’s economic independence, we propose the expansion of agricultural zones and livestock husbandry in the areas surrounding the Republic. This initiative will:

Increase the availability of staple food supplies for citizens.
Generate more agricultural jobs for farmers, herdsmen, and laborers.
Provide the city with surplus produce and livestock for trade, strengthening our economy.

<3. Establishment of a Gonne Manufactory
As innovation becomes increasingly vital in securing the Republic’s future, we propose the establishment of a factory dedicated to the production of gonnes and ammunition within Guldorand. This venture will:

Create employment opportunities for skilled and unskilled workers in manufacturing and engineering.
Ensure a steady and cost-effective supply of gonnes and ammunition for the city’s watchmen and garrison, improving their effectiveness in protecting the Republic.
Position Guldorand as a leader in advanced weaponry production, allowing for potential trade opportunities with neighboring regions. "
