SRD for reference

Dragon Disciple I think is "almost perfect" but because its bolted to spon casters you can't fulfill much of your casting ability with the class. I also think since it gets claw/bite weapons in PnP and Arelith made some non-monk fighting stuff, and its own DNA as being monk like it could be cool to see..

1) Give an DD access to pugilist / brawler feats at level 2 or so Not an OP thing by any means and would be a cool way to play a melee variant or have a little melee capacity whether sorc or bard base.

2) Let Sorc / DD have access to epic spells - palemaster and other classes get some consideration for this. Being a 25 CL / 30 dispel is fair enough but being also locked out of epic spells for what is an epic caster is absolutely silly.

3) Let breath weapon DC scale off sorc / bard levels if they are majority rather than just RDD. It is a finicky ability and losing out for not going majority RDD (which is itself more of a boon to people not wanting to do any magic).
