We have a whole mechanics system that rarely gets seen due to our population density. I suggest we crank up the mechanic unbalance to 11 and change -balance into a ritual.
Give druids something to manage or get hired for. Make it wild, imo!

This is something I'm planning to work on with the next tracks update.
It will go from being a 0-100 scale with 0 being balanced to a 3d axial scale
X 0 to 100
Y 0 to 100
Z 0 to 100
With balance being the midpoint of them all, at 50.
Each of the axis corners then representing an imbalance result, which is 8 combined partitions and 6 lines of outcomes to work with.
The exact items on the axis will be opposing ideals, so X may be Wild - Tamed, Y may be Outsider issues so inner and outer planes, and Z Undeath - Life.
Conceptually meaning we recognise too much of any one thing is bad and the druids job is to try to and keep these things in check.
For example, some places will want it to be fully tamed, but such a thing will result in less animals or worse non-cultivated plant outputs etc. Too much life means wildlife is competitive within itself, undead means the land is afflicted and the dead return. Outsider influence such as elementals can unstabilise the wilds but equally something from Mount Celestia, Arborea or Avernus will tip it into the other side.
I'm happy to discuss this axial approach once I get to it, since I'm not stuck on what each of the 3 dimensions will be or any finer details in them, I'm also happy to add a 4th or remove the 3rd if it's not panning out as hoped.
As for balance as a command, it will become both a ritual and single person command, but single person commands will only be able to achieve so much in one go and likely only on one axis at a time, and each of the axis directions will have some tool/mechanic people of varying types can use to influence at cost.
As such, I am approving this so it's not suggested again, but is something I intend to do as described.
