Currently the npc tinker bards can do two things, tell a story or sing a song.
The story option works but the song option hasnt worked like it used to since bard song got changed a few months back, currently you get the effect of a bard song when near the tinker..what im suggesting is changing the song option to instead of the tinker playing a song it teaches a song. Maybe have it be random which it teaches?
