Racial type doesn't change when shifting to another race as Shifter

I am a forest gnome, and when I change into a kobold it still shows my player race as gnome to other player characters. However, when I inspect myself it shows me as a kobold.

There is a bit of a 'cooldown' before the examine window 'uncaches' for lack of a better term. You can see this for when you fail to break a disguise and try to examine them a minute later - it's not rerolling because it's time for you to roll your attempt yet.

Wait about a server tick and it should likely work as expected.
