These three fixtures (Carpentry 74, 86, 1949) all look nice and have special functionality when hit. But all of them are destructible and thus will break after short use. While you can try to lower your damage to be under their threshold any non physical damage gets through and many WM and str builds will destroy them even with no damage practice weapons.
Continuously trying to repair them is tedious and its neat to have people rp beating on these things in events.
I'd suggest making them indestructible or at leas giving them large enough DI/DR to all forms of damage that they will only break under excessive use (several attackers for several minutes).
