I put this here instead of suggestions because I don't think this was intended. The henchmen Jon Sherrin (level 9 Rogue) in Skal is missing weapon finesse and has weapon focus concussion despite using a short sword. Due to this his ab is so low that he is effectively useless outside of the easiest content.
