On Guldorand server at least, i've seen the Loading Screen tips change between Four and Five Lights. This time I saw them both onscreen, confirming I wasn't just misremembering between the two.
The messages are:
Loading Screen: There are four lights.
Loading Screen: There are five lights.
Yes, it is a reference to a Star Trek storyline.
Both are required for the meme.
