Outcast Shop Locations: Wilderness

It says, not allowed in Settlements.

Wilderness areas are good to go, however it is a bit of vague information.

Anyone has a list of these applicable "Wilderness" Shop locations?

Cant own quarters, guild houses, boats and etc that are in or associated with Surface settlements. ((“Wilderness” quarters not associated with a settlement are able to be owned.))
Can't buy and sell from PC shops in Surface settlements. ((“Wilderness” shops not associated with a settlement are still usable.))

Crow's Nest shops, Heartwood Cave shops, Shadovar Trade Building shops, Shadow Wharftown shops, Theives Den shops, Zhurkwood shops. I can't remember if there are more but generally it's a very limited selection and in most of those locations you've got long term players who hold onto the shops and very rarely sell anything or inhabit them for the sake of refreshing. Some of the wilderness shops are also excellent, it's a mixed bag!

If you're an outcast you have access to all Underdark shop locations and there are many many many of those too.

Oh yeah there’s also Freeport in Guldorand, I always forget that’s a place! Outside/inside Arcane Tower, Mayfield’s tavern, the various castles
