When in the Guldorand Freeport, from the main stairwayfacing North, one can easily see between the buildings.
When in the alleyway to the North facing south, the view is blocked by a wooden fence.
I only just realized this! A year ago, a pc was spying on my pc from the north looking south. My pc responded with a comment lettin g the other pc know that I knew said pc was there. Said pc sent a tell saying there is no way that pc could be seen.
We were both correct! It just depends on which way you are facing.
