I have never ever ever EVER seen this henchman used, and if not for OOC means, I would not have known that it existed at all.
They are apparently locked inside the Greyport Port Authority. Could the henchman please be moved into a more accessible location like the Port Authority front room, and locked to Greyport citizens only to maintain the seeming desire to lock it behind Greyport citizenry usage?
