Description of bug: the waters one square northwest of Sencliff have been spawning high level foes, specifically Sahugin and Luskans (spelling).
Steps to reproduce: rent the lowest level ship in Sencliff, proceed Northwest towards the small island. Two were on board, sail of 21 and 25, which was then buffed by a level 10 sea shanty.
Notable things that probably don't matter, but just in case: this happened two days in a row, yesterday and the day before, both in the early evening (EST). A harp was used to summon a dire tiger via summon creature 6, and the other character used planar ally to summon a slaad. Characters are a feytouched bard and a fey harbinger, both pure class, level 9 on Friday and 10 on Saturday. They had the writ for finding a sand bank. No roll showed up to avoid the encounter, simply a message that we were being boarded. In one instance, the weather was clear, in the other, it was a snowstorm.
I did bring this up in Sencliff's discord, and it seems to be common knowledge, though users were unaware if it was intentional or not. It is thought to be left over from when the tier of the waters changed, and the hostile encounters simply need adjusted to match-unless, of course, it's for some reason deliberate.
Thanks for reading, hope this helps narrow it down.
