Temporary Stalls Still Don't Time Out on Skal

In Skaljard Village, I emptied someone else's stall at ~ 7:36. Waited thirty minutes, but the stall was still owned. I waited an hour, but the stall was still owned.

I've never seen the availability timeout work on Skal temporary shops.
