Bard Song Shouting on Ship Decks

Description: Bard song+shouting does not work on ships

Steps to reproduce: Using bard song while on any ship tile (including below deck on NPC ships) and attempting to Shout (/s)

Expected result: Shout should appear normally in chat.

Actual result: Using a /s message on a ship just disappears, not putting the message into the chat log.

Screenshot(s): N/A as it is a lack of something happening

Misc Notes: This may have been posted about a while ago (over a month) but I was unable to find the report.

Which Server(s)?: Surface (ships are on that server)

Gaming Platform(s)?: I am on PC, I know of a few others who have had this issue but I do not know what they play on.

Minor update that I've just discovered. If another ship is in shout range, they can hear the bard, despite it not showing up in chat for the bard. However, people on board the bard's ship do not see the message.
