In short, the Enhancement bonus gained from Weapon Hex: Mortality is overriding any higher bonuses.
For example, using Weapon Hex to give 1d6 Entropy and +1 Enhancement to a weapon, and then using Bless Weapon (For an expected +3 enhancement) does not give the 3 Enhancement from Bless-Weapon, only staying at +1 regardless on if the Bless is applied before or after.
