Black Blade of Disaster enhancement modifier presently scales off of charisma or int modifier, depending on if you're a wizard or sorcerer.
Given it was added into Forge domain, we should probably have the spell also scale off of Wisdom modifier in this case for Clerics. Otherwise the spell is fairly useless sitting in low 30's AB and low Enhancement Bonus.
