Summary: "Storm of Vengeance" is supposed to be able to be scribed with Scribe Scroll. I was unable to locate any statement saying this changed. The wiki continues to say that Storm of Vengeance is supposed to be able to be scribed.

Expected Result: With dragon blood (the required component for scribing Storm of Vengeance) and enough gold in your inventory, be able to use Scribe Scroll to scribe Storm of Vengeance scrolls.
Actual Result: there is seemingly no way to scribe Storm of Vengeance scrolls. Right-click radial menu on the blank scroll shows Storm of Vengeance as grayed out and unable to be chosen. Trying to have inventory open to cast it onto a scroll only caused the character to actively cast Storm of Vengeance. Is there some different way to do it?
