Associate Tool is not working properly

Hello everyone!

I'm here to report that the associate tool isn't working properly, it has uses that don't refresh.

It happened randomly at a Cleric class PC.

The command -cd didn't worked, removing and adding it again to the toolbar wouldn't solve the problem and also restarting the game wouldn't work too.

Your image didn't link right, but are you sure it isn't the familiar ability? Look closely and make sure.

I have found a way to replicate that bug.

I am going to assume that you play a cleric.

The bug occurs if you use your associate tool alongside a domain power. It is important that the domain power must fail in its use.

How to replicate exactly:

1. Summon a thing.
2. Use domain power on the thing - in my case it was healing domain restoration.
3. When the casting animation begins, have the summon walk outta range with your associate tool.
4. You are now cooked.

Steps to replicate:

1. Cleric with Healing and Magic Domain
2. Summon something
3. Level 5 cleric, do not have the requisites to use the domain powers yet.
4. Attempt to use a domain power
   Result: Associate tool is reduced to 0 charges and is unusable. This occurred on 6/3 and I have tried resting, re-summoning, switching servers, restarting the game, and -cd command. I am assuming the server has been restarted since the 3rd so the issue seems to persist through reset.

For the record, two days ago we've also submitted a fix to the domain powers script, so using the associate tool (or other instant-use feats) while casting a domain power should no longer cause this issue.
