Feytouched can't race disguise

As the title says, if you are a Feytouched character, you can't disguise your race.

Your character is Human (Feytouched), you do -disguise_r half-elf, you get the text saying you've disguised your race, but you still show up as Human (Feytouched). Same thing for -disguise_rg.

If I recall correctly, you have to be fully covered to disguise your race. Type -cover to make sure you are fully covered. As it stands, I am able to disguise my character's fey-touched subrace.
