Dragon Disciple is a cool class that requires a major award, or kobold with rpr 30, with very little options for build diversity. So, in an effort to improve build diversity I would like to suggest that if the character is level 28 and only has Bard and DD levels, then they get Rhapsody of Blood granting +1 APR from selfish solo.
