If this is the new way the suggestion box is going to be can it be clarified that people can only post new topics and most users will not be able to add to those topics, or whatever the new forum rule is?

Can you add the posting rules in your sticky. There is a few suggestions where people ask for idea's or some such and it seems that there is not a way to reply unless you are in a special group.
