Gate Spell/Planar binding Reagent

We will file suggestions here that did not make the cut. Don't expect detailed responses, but the most common reasons are:

  • implementing the suggestion is impractical, or too much work for the gain
  • the suggestion is thematically against our design philosophy
  • the suggestion is too detailed/low-level
    Keep your suggestions broad and focused on RP benefits, please, not detailed suggestions of how to fix everything.

Gate Spell/Planar binding Reagent

Return these spells to their alignment base, and add thematic reagent type books/objects (like the elemental books) that let you determine which one of gate/planar summons you call. It helps avoid the metagaming of alignment, and lets goodly players still use the deva. Evil can still hide their alignment when casting this spell, if they so choose.
