Allow destinations to be selected by speech when the portal conversation opens, similar to how crafting items can be selected by speech through crafting ID.
You say 'hub' or some other identifying phrase, and then hit an option on the portal menu to take you to the spoken destination.
Alternatively, sort portal destinations into sub menus, or have a static list of destinations, such that each destination is always located at the same place on the list, every time it's opened.
