I had a really fun time tonight. Big kudos to Maeralya for showing us around and giving some lore to a few objects and locations. Kudos to Bardin and Toruvilen for coming along to learn the secrets of the isle, and Elise who joined us to help fight the lich. And of course, major kudos to DM Wish for making an already cool expedition into an amazing one. That was highly interesting, well thought out, and generally fun all the way through. Love little quests like that!
Of course, Buppi had the fun time of fighting said Lich and his shadow minions with everyone else. While escaping the Shadow Lich's magical tower he held most of them off so Bardin could carry Elise to safety, and get everyone else out safely. This came at a price for Buppi of course.
I didn't mean for it to be major at all, but kudos to those who decided to take a small healing session into adventurers-first-operation. Massive kudos to Gem for bringing that all together, to Red, Borin, Ghestaldt, Torgal. I didn't mean for it to be all of that, but I hope everyone had fun with it!

Re: Shadow Lich and Recovery
hey, anytime Gem has a chance to turn something into an Earthkin filled episode of M*A*S*H she's happy with it.
Is that an old reference? That's an old reference.
Honestly though, having a bunch of dwarven and hin warriors play battlefield nurses is always good stuff.

Simply put, DM Wish is awesome! This was one of the best DM events I have ever participated in and it so much reminded me my old pnp sessions, that I had to play on, despite the game cutting into my sleeping hours. Kudos to fellow adventurers for being clever, witty and fun!

Only the gods tell him what to do, and you should beware of men who take their orders from the gods.
