Adding a Speedy Messenger

Hello. I understand this is not a "request" box per say but I just had to point this out.

There is no Speedy messenger in Sencliff. Which is odd since Raine's landing has one and we all know the limits to getting there. I would appreciate if one was added to the public area (Docks) near the merchants.
