Monk Delevel Issue/Bugs

Post by Lord Of The Nine »

Recently lost keened (masterwork rune) enchanted q staff when my PC, Longstreet, was force deleveled for Monk issues. Logged in and staff was kicked from his pack when all of his gear auto unequipped and was shifted to other server so so couldn't pick it up.

Also now that I've rebuilt Longstreet he's showing no UBAB in unarmed mode or when using q staff. I also see no movement speed increase when walking. He has 3 monk levels.

Look forward to any help you can offer.

10% move increase is hard to see unless walking with someone, you will be one step faster, no clue on your gear issue

Yeah I look in character sheet and dont see anything with movespeed and only have 3 attacks at level 24 unarmed or with qstaff.

10% isn't a lot, but it's there. It's the same speed increase Barbarians get. The difference is tiny, but if you walked next to someone without Monk or Barbarian levels, you'd see it after walking for a few seconds.

At levels 6 and 9 is when the speed really picks up and becomes way more noticeable.

If you wanted to test without anyone else, you can use the -naturalwalk command. Bind it to your hotkey bar and try toggling it on and off to spot the difference. With 10% it's minuscule, but it is there.

Incidentally, this is exactly why we should avoid surprise forced relevels. I would humbly recommend the use of the existing -relevel command, granting a generous period (say...2 weeks IRL to account for travel, vacations, etc.) before pulling the mandatory trigger.
