Description of Bug Experienced:
Ranger's 3rd spell circle unavailable, despite 11 levels and 14 wis (should be 2 slots).
Relogging, restarting, or changing areas doesn't resolve; 2nd circle works as it should.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Get 11 rangers
Expected Result:
Get 3rd circle
Actual Result:
Maybe not today

Ranger unlocks 3rd level spells at 11 but if they do not have a source of bonus spell slots (gear, high wis) they do not have a spell per day to cast from it until 12th. This is not a bug.

"high wis" is there, as i pointed out.
Quote from the wiki: "bonus spells are based on modified wisdom". This works properly with my 2nd circle, but not 3rd. I should currently have 2 spell slots at 3rd.

The way you know it's working is to look at the Ranger article on NWN, and compare it with the Ability modifier article. The latter one is extremely useful when you play a caster =)
