-Having that issue as well. Humans can have 1 major gift on the updated CBC (11/2/20)
-Pale Master's spellcasting still excluded. Cannot test wiz/PM builds to see when/where/how many epic spell focuses for example.
I'm using Excel, yeah. And I as well could not replicate this problem. It seems after changing the file to editable on first use it solves it. *shrugs*
Unfortunately I was never successful in uploading screenshots on these forums but I'll send you a PM, Kalopsia. *ba da boom* And yeah, I tested it with 19+ int and all that. If I remember correctly I could take epic skill focus as soon as lvl 23 (pm bonus feat) on the PGCC.

Not sure how it's supposed to work but EDR unavailable on Hexblade epic bonus feat, while feats like epic weapon focus, prowess and armor skin are available.
Thanks Kalo!

Adjustments:
- Half-Orc: Base stats adjusted in line with the recent update
- Hexblade: Spells per day and Known Spells are now accurate.
(Thanks for your help, Garrbear!)
- Bard: Receives a situational +1AC bonus at level 20+
Fixes:
- Earthkin Defender: Bonus feat at level 1 is now available
- Minoraur: Free Weapon Focus feat should now work again
- (Sub)races: Cleaner implementation of most racial feats
- Gear Calculator: Now recognizes "Great <X>" feats selected on 30th level
- Feats: Improved Sneak Attack is no longer a general feat
(If you find any similar feats, please let me know. Your input helps a lot here!)
As always, keep the feedback coming guys :)
Have fun!

Btw, I think there might be a bug with the pre-reqs for terrifying rage? It won't not appear red for me, though I can take it in the PGCC
I assume you've invested enough ranks in Intimidate, then? If so, the only other cause I can think of is the class check.
I believe the Barbarian rage feats are still checking whether you're taking them on a Barbarian level. If that's no longer necessary, I'll have to modify this in the next update! :)
New Features:
- Loremaster: Class feats/prerequisites/secrets updated to match today's overhaul
Adjustments:
- Feats: Mighty Rage prerequisites changed in line with a recent update
- Favored Soul: Haste feat removed
- Swashbuckler: Now receives +1AB every 10 levels
(This is enabled for melee weapons only. If the extra AB works for unarmed/ranged weapons, let me know!)
Fixes:
- Invisible Blade: Prerequisite description now properly displays the 6 Sleight-of-Hand requirement
- Barbarian: Epic rage feats can now be selected on non-barbarian levels, if the prerequisites are fulfilled

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they don't have to be taken on barb levels. At least thats how it was for me in the PGCC, if memory serves

Superior Weapon Focus from Weapon Master is adding +2 ab instead of +1 ab for me.
Thanks for the report! I've fixed this in my WIP version some time ago but haven't released it yet.
Planning to update when the new feats have passed the PGCC testing stage :)
New Features:
- Cavalier: Class progression updated in line with today's overhaul
- Wizard: Specialist wizard milestones are now displayed in the class progression
Adjustments:
- Assassin/Pale Master/Harper Paragon/Zhentarim Fear Speaker: Bonus feat lists expanded with recent additions
- Earthkin Defender: Cleaner and more accurate implementation of SR granted by the Magebane feat.
- Fighter: Added the new feats
- Hexblade: Added bonus CL against dispels
- Ranger: Added bonus CL against dispels, the new class feats and available bonus feats
- Shadow Wizard & Sorcerer: Evocation school is now available, including the -6 DC penalty
- Swashbuckler: Panache bonuses scale with the higher of INT and CHA. Negatives no longer result in penalties.
- Weapon Master: New Weapon of Choice implementation
(To reduce feat clutter, the feat is now always called Weapon of Choice. It will apply to relevant melee weapons only and can be taken multiple times to simulate epic WMs specializing in two or more weapons.)
- Hide in Plain Sight: Removed from Rangers and Shadowmages, Shadowdancer level prerequisite is now 11
- Other: Simplified the CHA save check in used by Gear Calculator
Fixes:
- Weapon Master: Fixed a bug related to AB calculation with weapons allowing multiple weapon foci
- Hexblade: Removed Curse of Blood from the bonus feat list, since it's a free class feat now
- Other: Fixed some more hyperlinks
So, there's a weird interaction with the bonus Epic Feat for Pale Masters and Greater Spell Focus. Normally this Epic Feat at PM level 13 can only be used for Epic Energy Resistance. But, if you have taken a Spell Focus feat earlier in the build and hold off on taking GSF until PM level 13, you can take GSF at that level instead. This is not reflected in the sheet. You cannot select it, though you can manually type in the GSF but it still shows as red. It would be cool if this could be fixed.

The update right above your post made those GSF feats available for Palemasters, and I've just double checked this :)
Are you using the latest version of the spreadsheet?
If I missed anything important or you notice any severe issues with this new version, please let me know - I will try to release a fix before the big update goes live.
